We are hiring for:
Customer Support cum Admin Executive
Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai.
Time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Job type: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday
Experience: 2+ yrs minimum.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support cum Admin Executive to join our team at Marine Lines. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate data records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle B2B customer coordination and support.
2. Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
3. Maintain and update inventory/stock records.
4. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for stock requirements.
5. Update and manage data systems accurately.
6. Monitor employee attendance and prepare related reports.
7. Generate and submit daily reports to management.
8. Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and logistics.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support and/or administrative roles
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
4. Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
6. Male candidate preferred (due to the nature of job responsibilities)
