Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and organized.

Maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring they are easily accessible.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relations.
Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
Support other administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and document preparation.
Assist HR with onboarding and employee-related paperwork.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in an office administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
