Key responsibilities of an Admin Executive
Office Management: Supervising and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
Communication: Handling internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Documentation: Managing and organizing company documents, records, and files. This may involve creating and maintaining filing systems.
Scheduling: Coordinating schedules and appointments for executives and other team members.
Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Meeting Coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
Supervision: Overseeing administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed.
Resource Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Problem Solving: Addressing administrative issues and solving problems as they arise.
A relevant bachelor’s degree in business, education, management, office administration, or communication
Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas.
Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing various assignments.
Manage general departmental administrative activities.
Handle printing and collating work.
Provide administrative support
Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization
Manage new joiners NHO (New Hire Orientation) program.
Providing support to other departments and managers.
Take initiative in manager’s absence
Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities
Office supplies are made available to trainees as per the guidelines via the Front Office Executive.
Updating admin-related information/data into the MIS.
Maintenance of Office equipment is done as per schedule, and contracts are reviewed and renewed as required.
Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.
