To act as the central administrative head of the company — managing inter-departmental workflows, approvals, MIS, HR, and operations under the CEO’s vision.
You are the bridge between the CEO and the team — ensuring that plans are implemented, reports are submitted, deadlines are followed, and issues are escalated only when needed.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Ensure every team member is updating their trackers and reporting timely
Supervise and review work done by:
Senior Admin (who executes sheets and workflows)
MIS Executive (who prepares daily/weekly performance reports)
HR Executive (recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking)
Act as approval authority for:
Leave approvals, recruitment, purchases, vendor coordination
Marketing tasks, admin expenses, and inter-departmental escalations
Ensure the CEO is only looped in on escalated or strategic issues
Ensure the implementation of:
Delegation sheets
Flow and Order trackers
Daily/weekly checklist systems
KRA & KPI Matrix evaluations
Attendance + Leave sheets
Review and update implementation status with the Senior Admin
Work with HR Executive to:
Maintain hiring pipeline
Push interviews, testing, and onboarding timelines
Ensure new hires are trained on all internal systems
Ensure daily/weekly MIS reports are submitted on time
Drive visibility of sales, dispatch, CRM, production & purchase
Present reports to CEO every Monday
