We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policies.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support learning & development initiatives.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
