We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance documentation.
Support in performance management and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Handle office maintenance, repairs, and liaise with vendors.
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
Organize company meetings, events, and documentation.
Ensure general office cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Maintain proper filing and document control (digital and physical).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR and/or admin roles.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll tools).
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
