Key Responsibilities:
· Collecting data from various sources including internal systems, databases, and external sources relevant to banking operations such as customer transactions, loan portfolios, financial markets, etc.
· Analyzing the collected data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can provide insights into the bank's performance, risks, and opportunities.
· Developing and generating regular reports, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and other relevant information to management and stakeholders.
· Maintaining and updating databases and data warehouses to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for reporting and analysis purposes.
· Identifying opportunities for process automation and implementing tools and technologies to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
· Providing analytical support to management and decision-makers by conducting in-depth analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
· Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data management, privacy, and security.
· Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
· Experience in database management and reporting.
