Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company website, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, assisting with orientation, and ensuring smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files and HR databases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Projects: Assist in HR projects related to employee engagement, performance management, training, and development.
HR Administration: Help with the preparation of HR reports, assist in organizing training sessions, and provide administrative support as needed.
Compliance and Policy Support: Support HR team in ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Queries: Address and respond to basic employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
