Manage and monitor technologies and Data used in the HR department. 4.) Employee relations manager & Develop and conduct training programs for employees. 5.) Should be Aggressive & Presentable, Fluent in communication skills. 6.) Responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs. 7.) Need to line up interviews for students who have done with the course. 8.) The specific technical skills you need depend on the company you work for, but being able to use a computer and operate word-processing documents, spreadsheets, and databases is helpful in most companies.
