Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals.

• Provide feedback and support employee development initiatives.

5. HR Policies & Compliance:

• Develop and update HR policies in line with company and legal requirements.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in HR roles (minimum [X] years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
