Job Summary
The basic responsibilities would include recruitment, training, and managing ESI, PF & employee documentation. HR Executive may also work with the management to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them.
Other responsibilities would include:
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
Initiate and implement any necessary changes to help boost worker productivity (better assessment processes, incentive programs etc.)
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are must.
Job Profile
We are looking smart, presentable Hr Generalist Profile Candidate with experience in IT Industry. Candidates working in Job Consultancies are also welcome.
The job would include:-
1. To deal with all the HR general activities like ESI, PF, Payroll, Documentation etc.
2. To Create an environment of positive employee relations, maintain confidentiality, establish trust and credibility.
3. To source, recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill vacant positions.
4. To organise induction programme, maintain exist ing formalities etc .
5. To Monitor, analyse, and recommend solutions to complex problems or grievance handling.
6. To identify training needs, arrange training, maintain training records and ensure availability of skilled and competent manpower in the organization.
7. To maintain suitable working environment by implementing rules and policies.
8. To allocate duty and responsibility to the management staff in consultation with the Director .
Education
BBA/MBA (with Hr Specialisation) OR Any Graduate with 2 to 12 Months experience as HR Recruiter or Hr Executive is eligible for this post.
Eligibility
Should have experience in recruiting web developers, programmers & Designers.
Very good communication skill (English/Hindi/Bengali)
Excellent, convincing and Negotiation skill
Having basic knowledge of computer.

Salary (CTC)
Rs. 120000/- to Rs. 180000/- per annum.
