Create and Update Job Descriptions: Draft and maintain accurate and comprehensive job descriptions for open positions.
Source and Engage Candidates: Utilize multiple online platforms and networks to proactively search for and engage with potential candidates.
Screen Resumes & Conduct Interviews: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Advertise Job Openings: Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Shortlist and Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Shortlist the best candidates and collaborate with department managers to discuss and identify hiring needs.
Conduct Background Checks: Perform background checks and other verifications to ensure the accuracy and suitability of selected candidates.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring that all information is up to date and compliant with company policies.
HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR policies, ensuring that all operations align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor employee performance, assist with reviews, and ensure performance tracking aligns with company objectives.
Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives aimed at employee engagement and workplace culture improvement.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Education: Degree graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
