Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Oversee recruitment for plant-level roles, including job positions, interviewing, and
collaborating with hiring managers.
· Conduct oriental ons for new employees to foster a positive experience and ensure safety
and work protocols are understood.
· Manage onboarding documentation, ensuring all processes are compliant with company
policies.
Employee Relations
· Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
· Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and resolve conflicts per labor laws and
company policies.
Compliance & Labor Law
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company
policies.
· Maintain accurate employee records in line with statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC,
Gratuity).
· Manage internal audits, documentation, and compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Payroll & Benefits Administrator on
· Assist in payroll processing, including a5endance management and statutory deductions.
· Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
· Administer employee benefits programs, including medical benefits, insurance, and leave
policies.
Performance Management
· Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and development
plans.
· Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and establish improvement plans.
· Implement training programs to improve skills and productivity.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
· Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices.
· Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft; and Office Suite.
Skills & Competencies:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of HR best practices in the manufacturing industry.
· Analytical skills for data reporting and metrics analysis.
