Job Title: HR Executive (Night Shift Flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes

• Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to attract the best talent

• Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports

Onboarding & Induction

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration

• Conduct induction programs and orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and teams

• Ensure documentation and background verification are completed on time

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing timely support and resolution

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events

• Maintain positive working relationships across all departments

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records

• Coordinate with payroll and admin teams as needed

• Support night shift employees with any HR-related queries or concerns

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Comfortable working night shifts or rotational shifts when needed

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• HR certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
