POSITION TITLE HR EXECUTIVE
LOCATION Thane , Mumbai
REPORTING TO HR MANAGER
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE Client Coordination
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform following jobs -
1.Act as the primary contact for client regarding Requirement.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and Requirement.
3.Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, providing timely updates regarding openings.
4.Coordinating with students and collect their resume regarding the requirements of the client.
5.Schedule an interview with client for their requirements.
6.Gather feedback from clients to assess service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS :1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Organizational and multitasking abilities.
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
4.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
Qualification: BMS
