We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and maintaining employee records.
This is an ideal opportunity for freshers or recent graduates who are passionate about HR and looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Conduct initial HR rounds and collect required documents.
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
Maintain and update candidate databases and job portals.
Maintain employee records and update internal databases (e.g., leaves, attendance, personal data).
Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents like experience letters, NOCs, etc.
Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Ensure proper documentation for all HR-related processes.
Assist in statutory compliance like PF, ESI, and other labor laws.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Conduct surveys, feedback collection, and help build a positive work culture.
Listen to employee concerns and escalate to HR Manager when required.
Ensure employee queries are addressed promptly and empathetically.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–1 year of relevant experience or internship in HR preferred.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in HR.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera) is a plus.
Familiarity with hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
