✅ Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
✅ Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
Organize engagement activities and foster a healthy workplace culture.
✅ Payroll & Attendance Management:
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing through HRMS.
Ensure compliance with salary structures, deductions, and statutory requirements.
✅ Performance Management:
Assist in performance appraisals and employee development programs.
Support managers in goal setting and feedback processes.
✅ HR Policies & Compliance:
Implement and update HR policies as per company and legal guidelines.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
✅ Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
✅ General HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
Support management in strategic HR initiatives.
✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
✔️ 01 years of experience in HR functions.
✔️ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
