Oversee the employee life cycle, including coordination with candidates and new joiners. This means explaining/familiarizing new joiners with basic rules and policies of the company and introducing them to management and staff members.
Maintain attendance records, which includes leave records, overtime, and manual and automated biometric data.
Prepare monthly payroll manually or by computer.
Issue offer letters, appointment papers, increase notices, termination notices, work experience and variety certificates.
Be responsible for the preparation and submission of PF, ESIC and any other related legal compliance required under law.
Handle factory act licenses and renewals, Labor license registrations/renewals, BOCW registrations/renewals, hazardous waste certificates, shop act registrations/renewals, business and trade license renewals.
File and maintain appropriate labor law documentation and registers Such as From A, B C & D and loan and Advance register and leave & wages register etc.
Plan and oversee employee appreciation and celebration events.
Update and maintain staff master data and personal files.
Monthly meeting with client’s office (Noida/Delhi)
Must be knowledge of sourcing candidates from Different job portals.
Interface with recruiters and consultants to select and onboard qualified candidates.
Plan the work force, recruit, and interview and hire appropriate candidates.
Prepare annual bonuses for employees and staff.
Coordinate with vendors on various administrative tasks, including cards, medical needs, supplies, equipment, and AMC repair contracts.
Handle general administrative needs such as security, housekeeping, food service, and landscaping, transportation, and employee grievances.
Manage employee welfare, including ESIC, PF, and other associated benefits.
Organized online/Offline staff meeting.
