End-to-End Recruitment Process: ▪ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and professional networks. ▪ Conduct initial screening through calls and assess candidates based on role requirements. ▪ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. 2. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition : ▪ Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including recruitment drives, campus visits, field recruitment, job portals, community networks, and social media. ▪ Maintain a robust and up-to-date candidate database for efficient hiring. 3. Client Coordination: ▪ Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver profiles accordingly. ▪ Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth hiring processes. ▪ Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress. 4. Candidate Engagement: ▪ Develop a strong candidate pipeline for multiple roles. ▪ Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience. ▪ Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding. 5. Database Management: ▪ Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ▪ Regularly update internal databases with candidate details and hiring progress. 6. Documentation: ▪ Ensure all required documents are collected and verified before candidate onboarding. ▪ Adhere to internal and client-specific recruitment processes. 7. Target Achievement: ▪ Meet daily, weekly, monthly recruitment targets and GP. ▪ Deliver consistent results by closing open positions within defined timelines. 8. Travel Requirements : ▪ Travel as needed for current clients or any other client’s requirements, and stay on-site to provide support for the clients. 9. Vendor Management : ▪ Manage vendors and partners in a cost-effective manner, with a particular focus on Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 areas
