Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee payroll processing, PF, ESIC, gratuity, professional tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle employee lifecycle management – onboarding, induction, confirmation, appraisals, and exit formalities.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines as per labor laws.
• Conduct and manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for various roles.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a professional manner.
• Manage attendance, leave policies, and HRMS software for efficient workforce management.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a company with at least 10 employees.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions and work under pressure.
