Minimum Qualification- Graduation
Succession Plan:
1. For the Internship 10 k for the first 6 months
2. If performance is satisfactory then from the 7th Month revised to 15K else immediate release
3. If performance is Good then from the 13th Month revised to 20 K else immediate release
4. If performance is Excellent than from the 19th Month revised to 25 K else immediate release
5. Post it will be converted to an annual appraisal cycle but to keep you boosted performance incentives will be added
