Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, appraisals, contracts, etc.)

• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate and manage employee engagement programs and activities.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.

• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism.

• Process payroll and ensure timely disbursal of salaries.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and statutory requirements.

• Support performance evaluation processes.

• Organize training & development initiatives.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (Fresher with good knowledge may also apply).

• Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and integrity.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
