Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (Recruitment) to assist our hiring team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen resumes from job portals and social media.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
