Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Recruiter who will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment
processes along with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent
communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to HR and office
management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,
and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Maintain and update the candidate database and track hiring metrics.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, HR policies, and documentation.
Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Communication Coordination:
Act as a liaison between employees and management for smooth communication.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Assist in drafting internal communications, reports, and presentations.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR recruitment and administration.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
