Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Vijay Nagar

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: Rs5000-Rs7000

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job roles.

Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Support onboarding and documentation process for new hires.

Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.
