Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage HR functions within the organization. This role will involve handling all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, to ensure that our company fosters a positive work culture and complies with legal and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
o Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
o Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
o Manage job offers and employment contracts.
2. Employee Relations:
o Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and issues.
o Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
o Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
o Oversee the performance appraisal process and assist in the development of employee performance improvement plans.
o Collaborate with department heads to align individual and team performance with organizational goals.
4. Training and Development:
o Identify training and development needs within the company and coordinate professional development programs.
o Help employees grow in their careers by providing support in skill development and career pathing.
5. Compliance and Legal:
o Ensure the company complies with all labor laws and employment regulations.
o Maintain records of employee contracts, health benefits, leave, and payroll.
o Handle workplace safety and ensure the proper implementation of safety standards.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
o Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
o Assist with payroll administration and benefits enrollment.
o Ensure competitive compensation packages to retain top talent.
7. HR Strategy and Reporting:
o Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
o Prepare and present HR reports for senior management.
