Manage recruitment and onboarding for plant-level roles (workers, staff, technicians).
Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws.
Monitor performance management processes and support training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws (ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate statutory audits and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Drive employee engagement and welfare programs.
Manage general administrative tasks: housekeeping, security, transportation, canteen, and other facility management.
Vendor management for administrative services and supplies.
Ensure safety and cleanliness across the premises.
Coordinate with local authorities and government departments for necessary approvals or inspections.
Asset management and maintenance of company property.
