[Industrial Machinery Manufacturing ] in [Ahmedabad ], [Sanand ] is looking for an experienced [HR Executive] to manage the Onboarding & Admin. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation sessions.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records (both hard copy and electronic).
Ensure all HR documents and files are properly filed and stored.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as required.
Employee Benefits and Payroll:
Assist with benefits administration, including leaves, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
Support payroll preparation by ensuring that employee attendance and time-off records are accurate.
Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
Maintain training records and track employee development initiatives.
HR Compliance and Policies:
Assist in ensuring that the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Help in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Support the HR team in handling employee concerns or queries.
Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have [Graduation & Post Graduation ] and [1 years +] years of experience as an HR Admin or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
