WINWIN FINEXPERTS is seeking motivated individuals to join our Human Resources department for a 3-month internship. This program is designed for current students or recent graduates interested in building a foundation for a career in HR.

You will gain exposure to various HR functions, receive practical training, and support our HR team with essential tasks in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process (e.g., posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

• Support new employee onboarding activities.

• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• Assist in preparing HR-related documents and correspondence.

• Support employee engagement initiatives.

• Perform administrative tasks to support the HR department's daily operations.

• Assist with basic HR reporting tasks.

Who Can Apply:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preference for HR, Business Administration, or related fields, but all are welcome).

• Recent graduates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).

• Available to commit for the full 3-month duration.
