We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role will focus primarily on recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, while also providing operational support within the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment with a solid understanding of HR processes and operations.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Job Descriptions & Market Research: Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions for various roles, and stay informed about market trends and salary benchmarks.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
HR Policies & Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback collection, and team-building activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and sourcing tools.
Familiarity with HR operations, including employee record management etc.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
