We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. From identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, you will play a key role in building a strong workforce that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.
Source and attract candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals).
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role.
Hands-on experience with recruiting through various channels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (HR certification is a plus)
