Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Source resumes through various job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen applications and conduct initial HR rounds.
Schedule interviews with department heads.
Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other joining documents.
Handle new joiner documentation and formalities.
Maintain and organize employee files for all new joiners.
Maintain accurate attendance records using Excel.
Maintain and update employee data regularly.
Ensure timely documentation of employee records, contracts, and policies.
Prepare and manage HR documents including Experience Letters, Confirmation Letters, etc.
Ensure HR processes and documents comply with legal and organizational standards.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
Knowledge of HR software (HRMS/ATS).
Proficient in MS Excel for maintaining data and generating reports.
