Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the best talent is hired to meet the organization's needs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain and enhance employee relations through positive communication and workplace environment.
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar role for at least 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
