3. Training and Development of new Employees, Which includes 3 days training, Providing departments related knowledge and Company's product, CRM Knowledge, Company profile and videos. Taking Test and final result update on Centra and if selected then allotment of offer letter along with email ID.
4. Salary Sheet Preparation 1-5 Date of Every Month and Compliances- ESIC and PF, LWF Challan Preparation and register new employees.
