Mediprobe Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of specialized consultancy services, focusing on operations and investigations across various verticals, including Motor, Life, and Recovery. We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with upto 5 years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. To manage core HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, policy implementation, and compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining a healthy work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process across functions.
· Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning.
· Handle onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Engagement
· Plan and execute engagement activities, town halls, and surveys.
· Address employee concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
· Assist in conflict resolution and team-building initiatives.
3. Performance Management
· Drive the performance appraisal process (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews).
· Assist in KPI/OKR tracking and documentation.
· Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs).
4. HR Operations & Compliance
· Maintain HRIS and employee records.
· Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, attendance, and leaves.
· Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.)
5. Policy Implementation & Audits
· Assist in drafting and rolling out HR policies and SOPs.
· Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure policy adherence.
6. Training & Development
· Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
· Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
7. Exit Formalities
· Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
· Ensure full and final settlements and offboarding procedures.
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
· Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
