JOB BRIEF
To build a pool of relevant candidates to full fill the manpower requirement of all departments
in a specific time frame. To handle all the work responsibilities related to the HR Department
with co-ordination of the team members.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
a. Prepare and management of all HR related documents
b. End to end recruitment process to make sure the availability of the relevant staff
in each and every department
c. To conduct HR Round of Interview for Screening and Negotiation
d. Generation of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and management of employees
files with required documents
e. Motivate to the staff to maintain office decorum and discipline
f. Team reporting on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis
EDUCATION
a. Education: MBA (HR) or Any other Degree/Diploma in the relevant field
EXPERIENCE
a. Experience: 2.5 to 5 years in relevant field
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
b. Proficient on Related portals (Naukri,com, indeed, Apna App, LinkedIn, EPF and
ESIC etc.)
c. Must be good in computers with team management and leadership skills
