Responsibilities: •
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exits. • Oversee administrative operations such as attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance. • Draft and implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure labour law adherence. • Support the factory team in daily admin issues and assist the management with reports and updates.
Ideal Candidate: •
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setup. • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills. • Should be tech-savvy and fluent in using Excel and HR software.
