HR Systems & Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
Generate reports and analyze HR metrics for leadership as needed.
Employee Lifecycle Support:
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers).
Assist in drafting employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws and update them as necessary.
Support audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for timely processing of payroll changes.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and resolve related queries.
Employee Support:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and systems.
Promote a positive employee experience through timely and helpful service.
