Preparation of Letters which includes Offer letters, Appointment letters, Retainership letters, Contract Letters, Revised CTC letters, Promotion letters, Experience letters etc Sending new joiners’ data for biometric and email id activation (Field/ floor) to IT team. Sharing details to admin Department for preparing ID card of New Joiners. Share Employees Login ID and password of new joiners. Taking a part in Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval. Handling day to day issues. Sending required details of new joiners to Consultant for registering them for ESIC / PF. Helping in data preparation of Payroll and software management. Preparing Payroll and HRMS. Preparing FNF Sheet. Preparing Form 16 Data. Sharing ESIC card and Health Insurance card of employees. Exit Formalities
