Job Title: HR Operations & Field Executive
Location: Hoobi Circle, Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations & Field Executive to oversee payroll management, attendance tracking, leave administration, and statutory compliance. This role also involves field visits for client coordination, workforce management, and vendor interactions to ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
 Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
 Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and employee database maintenance.
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
 Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and employee records management. Field Engagement & Client Coordination
 Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and address workforce-related concerns.
 Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and blue-collar employees for seamless operations.
 Act as a liaison between management and field staff to resolve grievances and operational challenges. Reporting & Process Improvement
 Maintain HR MIS reports and ensure timely documentation.
 Suggest and implement process improvements for better efficiency in HR operations.
