We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Operations professional who can lead HR initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a strong decision-maker, and capable of balancing both office and field responsibilities with ownership and accountability.
HR Operations:
Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Address and resolve client concerns and queries effectively.
Team & Field Operations:
Manage and coordinate office and field HR teams.
Allocate tasks and ensure seamless execution of field operations.
Conduct site visits to monitor field team performance and resolve on-ground issues.
Decision-Making & Leadership:
Take ownership of daily operations and make sound, timely decisions.
Motivate and guide team members towards achieving operational goals.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients.
Provide regular updates and reports to management.
