Role Overview:
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day HR processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting HR administration, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, compliance, and internal HR service delivery. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
1. Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
Process changes related to employee status, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
2. HRIS and Data Management:
Ensure accurate and timely input of employee data into HR systems.
Generate and analyze HR reports as needed (attendance, attrition, headcount, etc.).
Support data audits and ensure data integrity and compliance.
3. Payroll and Benefits Support:
Coordinate with payroll for monthly inputs such as new hires, exits, leaves, and variable pay.
Assist with employee benefits administration including health insurance, leaves, and reimbursements.
4. Policy Implementation and Compliance:
Ensure company HR policies are up to date and properly communicated to staff.
Assist with compliance requirements such as labor laws, audits, and statutory filings.
5. Employee Support:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, and systems.
Facilitate grievance handling and direct issues to appropriate channels.
6. Process Improvement:
Recommend improvements to existing HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Support HR projects and initiatives including automation, digitalization, and employee engagement.
