Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruiting:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct proactive sourcing efforts to identify potential candidates for open and future roles.
Create and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Offer Management:
Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Ensure that all offer terms are accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Onboarding:
Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Provide support to new hires during their first few weeks on the job.
