Recruiter (Biker Hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
● Filling a high volume of Biker positions with quick TAT
● Develop, communicate and drive best practice recruitment for various Hubs & Distribution Centers.
● Being proactive as a Recruiter through different job portal, boards and Social Media.
● Manager end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
● Work closely together with the operations team and ensure a good turnaround time for filling the positions.
Desired Profile:
● Should have extensively worked on Biker’s hiring
● Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel and Word)
● Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
● Should be focused and target oriented
● Bike is mandatory. Should be willing travel extensively
