Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication throughout
Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills using job boards and social media
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
A team player with a passion for people and hiring
Prior experience in Ed-Tech or startup hiring is a plus!
