We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring requirements and assist in building an efficient and diverse workforce.
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates for various positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative channels.
Conduct in-depth phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection:
Screen resumes and applications, identify qualified candidates, and present them to hiring managers.
Administer pre-employment assessments and coordinate background checks as needed.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed and updated regarding their application status.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Employer Branding & Networking:
Promote the company’s culture, values, and vision during the recruitment process.
Represent the company at job fairs, university recruiting events, and other networking opportunities.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated with current recruiting trends, best practices, and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [industry, e.g., IT, healthcare, etc.].
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A strong ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.
Experience in recruiting for specialized or hard-to-fill positions.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Familiarity with social media and online recruiting tools.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.) is a plus.
