▪️Screening the profiles, Conducting a telephonic interview.
▪️Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients.
▪️Generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.
▪️Salary negotiation,
▪️Follow up till the date of joining,
▪️Closing the positions
▪️Taking references from the candidates.
