Job Posting & Sourcing: Write and publish job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial HR screening, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide hiring solutions.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as an attractive employer through recruitment marketing strategies.
Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Onboarding Support: Work with HR teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
