Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions including medical, clinical, and non-clinical roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, source strategies, and hiring timelines.

• Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and selection processes.

• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate onboarding formalities.

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Track and report recruitment metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1 t0 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare or MNC environment.1

• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and recruitment techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
