Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different departments. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
Collaborate with the HR team to support employee on-boarding and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred: Experience working with an HR consultancy or recruitment agency is a significant advantage.
